Technical Training for Health and Safety
The training is conducted to impart knowledge to employees at all levels regarding personal safety procedures in operational sites, both during construction and commercial operations. The training content covers crisis management procedures in case of technical abnormalities or facility-specific disasters.
Annual Technical Seminar
The Technical Seminar, held annually, is organized to brainstorm ways to enhance project efficiency, and implement innovation solutions. During the training week, there is a sharing session for employees from various power plant projects to present the successes of their innovation efforts.
Behavior-Based Safety Mobile Application
The behavior-based safety application is a platform for reinforcing a culture of safety among employees in operational sites, promoting discipline and exemplifying safety behaviors at both individual and collective levels.
