Within the corporate governance framework, we established the Sustainability Governance and Risk Management Committee in 2020.
The committee operates at the board level and is tasked with setting directions and strategies for and strategies for organizational sustainability and risk management. This is done in compliance with legal requirements and international standards to foster a business culture that prioritizes economic, social, and environmental balance, as well as to enhance transparency throughout the organization.
